About
I'm a Colombian product designer based in Paris with an unusual background: a master's in UX Research and another in Art Direction. That combination means I can conduct research to understand what's actually blocking people, then design interfaces that solve those problems in ways that are both functional and well-crafted.
Over the last few years at Brigad and Groupe BPCE, I've designed for thousands of hospitality workers, healthcare professionals, and banking teams. My process? Start with research to kill the wrong ideas early (so we don't waste months building things nobody wants), then design systems that bend to how people actually think - not the other way around. That's how you find those small changes that make someone's entire workflow easier.
What drives me most? Design that celebrates difference instead of erasing it - like AI tools where autistic kids' unique traits become their creative superpower, not problems to fix. And honestly? That same instinct to make technology more human is what I bring to every project, even the "business-y" ones.
